The information we collect

When you sign up to our newsletter and/or when you attempt to place or place an order with us we collect the following Order Information:

We use Hubspot to hold your personal information and create our newsletters, and by submitting your email on either our footer sign up form or our sign up pop up, you agree to receive news and updates about products and services of Waytrails via email. You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button found on all emails sent from us.

For Store, We use a payment gateway to manage your payments, this means that we do not store any bank details on our site, there is more on this later.

When you use our contact form, we ask for your name and email address, we use this information to get back in contact with you.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
